While The Club at Fairvue Plantation is only in its infancy, Fairvue Plantation itself has a long and storied history. The Fairvue Mansion, one of the centerpieces of the Fairvue community, dates back to 1832 and, over the years, has been the setting for foxhunts, steeplechases and racehorse breeding.
The most visible amenity of Five Oaks Golf and Country Club is the golf course itself. The par-72 layout spans 6,954 yards from the championship blue tees, 6,421 yards from the white tees, and 5,871 yards from the yellow tees and 5,016 yards from the ladies’ red tees. The rolling terrain and plush Zoysia fairways set Five Oaks apart from the crowd. Many of our visitors remark not only about our championship course but also about our beautiful 500+ acres that seem to be a world away from the average property in Middle Tennessee.
Originally built in 1830 the Foxland Mansion became a grand sportsman’s club in the 1920’s called Grasslands International. The Mansion and surrounding property has been revitalized into a new grandeur called Foxland Harbor. Old Hickory Country Club’s golf course is an 18-Hole Course. At 6,617 yards, the par 71 course has a slope rating of 122 with Hybrid Bermuda grass fairways and bentgrass greens. The course is challenging from the “tips” for the best players, but offers multiple tee boxes so that golfers of all skill levels may enjoy the course.Old Hickory Country Club has a beautiful practice facility, including a driving range boasting 27,000 square feet of hybrid Bermuda grass tee space.

GreyStone Golf Club, opened in 1998, has hosted some of the region’s highest profile events. Designed by PGA Tour pro Mark McCumber, GreyStone Golf Club offers a challenging yet fun round of golf to competitors of all skill levels. The greens are Crenshaw Bent and the fairways are Zoysia. Located in historic Dickson, the golf course is a short drive from Nashville.
